Participants will learn basic sewing machine skills and how to prepare for a project. They will have the opportunity to complete a beginner project such as a pillowcase. Sewing machines and basic sewing supplies will be available.
First two weeks you will learn the sewing basics, using the sewing machines and the tools of sewing. Then move on to a sewing project. Please bring your sewing scraps for practice and when we start the sewing project you will need to purchase and bring your own materials. Sewing machines are provided.
